Eligibility
The tournament committee will Draft Teams of 10 players, including the goaltender; however, you can certainly ask to be placed on a Team with some friends and/or relatives.There are no Age or Skill restrictions as we try to level all Teams with similar Age Ranges and Skill Levels.
Game Format
Round-robin pool play seeds teams into a single-elimination playoff bracket. Games consist of three periods with a running clock except in the final two minutes.
Scoring & Points
Teams earn two points for a win and one point for a tie in pool play. Standings are ranked by points, then by goal differential.
Code of Conduct
Respect for officials, opponents, and rinks is required at all times. Fighting, abusive language, and unsportsmanlike conduct result in ejection and possible tournament removal.
Equipment
Full protective equipment including helmet with cage or shield is mandatory for all skaters. Goalies must wear approved goaltending gear.
Tiebreakers
Ties in the standings are broken by head-to-head result, then goal differential, then fewest goals against, then a coin toss.
